halstrup-walcher Group strengthens its measurement technology division by taking over the business of Beck GmbH

With the newly founded sister company beck-walcher GmbH, which is taking over the business of Beck GmbH Druckmesselemente, the Group is forming a strategic corporate alliance.

halstrup-walcher GmbH, founded in 1946, is characterized by a high degree of vertical integration. The company creates optimal and innovative solutions by closely integrating development, design, prefabrication and production on-site. Through an acquisition, the vertical range of manufacture in the field of measurement technology has now been increased.

With the newly founded sister company beck-walcher GmbH, which is taking over the business of Beck GmbH Druckmesselemente, the Group is forming a strategic corporate alliance: 100 years of experience in the manufacture of diaphragms and transmission chains for differential and absolute pressure are being combined with the innovative measurement technology solutions of halstrup-walcher GmbH.

The approach of combining future with origin is not only reflected in the name of beck-walcher. The management is continued by Tiziana Frazzetta and extended by Jürgen Walcher as representative of the owners. The close exchange of technology and process knowledge lays the foundation for further growth of the group of companies.

With the acquisition of the company, in which all employees were taken over, the number of employees of the halstrup-walcher Group increases to over 220. beck-walcher GmbH GmbH is headquartered in Sindelfingen.
